The 5:2 Method

For those who want to follow this method, you have to stop eating 2 days per week. You can eat normally for 5 days and start to control your eating habit for two days. The meals contain not more than 500 to 600 calories.

Eat-Stop-Eat Method

The dieters who apply this fasting diet method have to stop eating for 24 hours once or twice a week. Let say, you eat the last dinner on Monday at 7 pm. Then, you have to stop eating until dinner the next day at 7 pm. The idea is fasting from breakfast to breakfast or lunch to lunch.

The Warrior Method

This is a unique fasting diet method in which you have to stop eating during the day. Then, you are allowed to eat a huge meal at night.
